This is the profile for onthegrind. I enjoy writing about the things that interest me. I also enjoy reading about what others have to say on topics that I'm interested in. Some of my interests are health and natural/alternative medicine and I'm amazed by how much I have learned so quickly on HubPages. Sports, particularly basketball is another interest of mine. I also enjoy spending time outside, eating listening to music, and gaming.
I hope that my contributions to hubpages are of benefit and interest to others. I've already learned a great deal and have enjoyed the HubPages experience. This community has been very friendly and helpful.
